Design + content work for Victor Corporation.

Problem:

Victor Corporation needed an updated, mid-tier bridal jewelry catalog, and additional marketing assets to boost B2B sales. The campaign also needed to broadly appeal to independent jewelers (Victor customers) to increase their B2C sales. Final “Say Yes!” bridal catalog shown above.

MY ROLE:
Concepting, writing, design layout, project management, art-directing video and jewelry photography, promotion on Victorcorporation.com, creating email and social campaigns.

COLLABORATIONS:
Print vendor; Victor executives, and sales and admin staff.

CHALLENGES:
No budget for model photography; relied on stock photos to tell the story. Prime distribution/selling time disrupted by COVID.

DELIVERABLES:
Printed catalog, promotional videos for retailers, social media posts and graphics, billboard concepts, window clings.

RESULTS:
Sales were up in 2020, despite COVID. Social media exposure increased. Requests for catalogs and B2C social media increased between June and September.


 

Social Media content and design

I wrote and designed social media posts for Facebook and Instagram to promote jewelry featured in the catalog. I created 24 B2C posts for jewelers to use to market to their customers (See examples that Beth’s posted.) The other examples are Victor posts to advertise new styles to B2C customers.

Say Yes! 30-second video for social media

I collaborated with AVP Digital Studios, and I art directed this 30-second video for social media. We created a longer version for jewelers to use in store or for TV commercials.
